Contact us

Use this form for a factual correction or website issue. Include the page URL and enough detail to identify the concern.

We use what you send only to answer you. We don't add you to any mailing list from this form and we don't pass it on. See our privacy policy.

Source corrections

For equipment claims, include the exact model, US generation and official source URL or manual page. Tell us which value or instruction conflicts with the source. We check corrections against the original document.

Scope

We publish general research and pool-care information. We cannot inspect a pool, diagnose an electrical fault or verify an installation through an email. For equipment support, use the maker's official route and exact manual.

Read our editorial policy, sources and corrections, and privacy policy. Don't send sensitive personal or account details.
